Anpath Group, Inc. Announces Retirement of 2,500,00 Shares, Over 15% of the Issues and Outstanding Shares (July 11, 2007)

Anpath Group Inc. (OTCBB: ANPG), reported today that it has entered into an agreement with the Ferguson Living Trust UTD to retire current shares held by the Trust in exchange for issuing warrants.

The Ferguson Living Trust UTD was issued 2,853,147 shares of ANPG (formerly Telecomm Sales Network, Inc. (OTCBB: TNSW) from the total of 6,400,000 shares issued to shareholders of EnviroSystems, Inc. (ESI) in connection with the merger between ANPG and ESI on January 10, 2006. All 6,400,000 shares issued in connection with the merger are being held in escrow. ANPG and the Trust have agreed that the Trust will return, and ANPG will cancel 2,500,000 shares of its common stock and ANPG will issue to the Trust 2,500,000 warrants exercisable at $2.70. The Trust has agreed not to sell any of the shares underlying the warrants and the remaining shares held by the Trust for a period of twelve months from July 6, 2007.

As a result of this agreement and the retirement of the shares the total issued and outstanding shares of the company has been reduced from 16,299,889 to 13,799,988. This represents a reduction of 15.34% of the outstanding shares.
