History

Anpath Group is the creation of a reverse merger between EnviroSystems, Inc. and Telecomm Sales Network, Inc. on January 10, 2006. The holding company name was changed from Telecomm Sales Network to Anpath Group, Inc. on January 12, 2007 to more closely align the name of the Company with current products and future initiatives in the infection prevention industry. Additionally, the name change was enacted to improve the Company’s ability to build brand recognition without limiting the addition of other businesses that may target different approaches to our core mission: provide a broad range of cleaning and disinfecting products that help prevent spread of infectious agents without harmful effects to people, equipment or the environment.

Incorporated in 1996, EnviroSystems, Inc. established a product platform based on proprietary chemical emulsion technology. EcoTru® Professional Disinfectant Cleaner, a broad spectrum hospital-grade disinfectant, was the company’s initial product registered with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
